The first book that we'll begin reading is "The Diary of a Young Girl" by Anne Frank, edited by Otto H. Frank and Mirjam Pressler, and translated by Susan Massotty. You will each have a hard copy provided and I have included a link to the right in case your wish to purchase the digital format for a Kindle.
Assignment instructions:
- Each week you will be required to read one chapter.
- Each Monday, a new post with one to three questions will be shared on this blog.
- Your blog post response is due by Friday.
- Please read and comment on THREE blog posts of your fellow classmates.
- Before publishing, please review our class posting rules and follow all etiquette guidelines.
A special note regarding "Assignment instructions"...
Be sure to read these and ask questions if you have them. They will change weekly.
Question of the Week:
Anne makes an entry on "Monday, June 15, 1942" and within this entry, she describes her classmates at school. Review this entry and describe similarities and differences between students of that time and students of today.
TIP! Make sure to check the assignment rubric that will be available in class today for posting guidelines and follow instructions.
